FSS trains its staff to the highest level of professional standards. The standard for the basic guard is to complete the FSS 6 day induction training package that meets the minimum standards for all major Oil & Gas companies that do business in Iraq.

This training does not stop as continuation training is ongoing with all our staff at all levels,led by our Iraqi Training Manager and his team. The training matrix for all functions whether it be PSD – Static Guards – PPO›s – RST will all carry out their respective training packages. Monthly – 3 Monthly 6 Monthly and Yearly training. This is tracked and managed by the Country Projects Manager.
